3.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated before work commences.
4. Booking and Appointments
4.1 Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
4.2 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Liability and Limitations
7.1 Service Limitations: We are not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed or discovered during the initial inspection.
7.2 Vehicle Safety: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is safe and accessible for repair work.
7.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Touch Up Guys or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the required repairs
- Disclose all known damage and previous repairs
- Ensure the vehicle is clean enough for work to proceed
- Be present or authorize a representative during mobile service appointments
- Remove all personal belongings from work areas
10. Franchise Operators
Touch Up Guys operates through a network of independent franchise operators. Each operator is an independent business entity responsible for the quality of their work and customer service.
