I purchased a BMW X5 last week. Michael was my sale consultant throughout the sale process. His service was excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working on that day, and they were not able to bring the car down for a test drive, but Michael contacted his boss and organised to bring the car down manually. Thank you, Michael. The other sale consultant Daniel demonstrated how to use all the technological features in the car and accompanied me for the test drive. Thank you, Daniel, for all your help. Not only that, Michael and Daniel told us that at any time we can contact them with any questions/concerns regarding the car. I appreciate all the services provided.
