Russell was excellent from start to finish. I had a scrape on the edge of my bonnet and another small one on the other side — one from a previous owner and the other courtesy of someone’s shopping trolley. They weren’t huge, but they were deep to the plastic and constantly annoyed me. I got quotes from others that were either extortionate or responses saying the job wasn’t worth their time. I text Russell with photos and when he called, he was polite, reassuring, and confident. He explained the process clearly, told me it was an easy fix, gave me two options for repair, and quoted a reasonable price for both options. When he arrived, he was just as lovely in person, was efficient, and the end result was outstanding! The bonnet looks brand new, with a beautiful clear coat across the whole panel so it blends perfectly. I would recommend Russell to anyone without hesitation. 10/10 - thank you!🙂
